Shipping policy

We ship domestically to all 50 states and to a select number of international destinations. If you have questions regarding international shipping, please contact us. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including returns).

Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Due to a large number of orders, please expect extra delays with shipping carriers during holidays.

Shipping Options
During checkout, the customer can select what shipping service they want. All orders are shipped out with USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers are provided with every shipped order. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for all standard Priority Mail / UPS Ground packages, depending on your zip code. Once the shipping carrier picks up the package from us, we cannot control the transit time, it is completely on them.

All oversized items such as bathroom vanities, freestanding bathtubs, and shower doors for example, are shipped out on a pallet using UPS Freight services. UPS Freight will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Please note, UPS Freight only delivers curbside and we highly encourage all customers to check for damages before signing off the delivery notice.
