Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. We are not responsible for any damage caused outside of shipment or release.
Should you receive the wrong item from us than the one you originally ordered or a missing item, please contact us with a picture of the item(s) and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receiving to get a replacement.
All of our products have a one year manufacturer warranty. If an item is malfunctioning or faulty, please contact us so that we can assist you or send you a replacement.

Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses during shipping or other mishaps from happening. Our store will not be held liable to any misdirected shipments. 

Returns
If the item you have bought does not suit you for some reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all of our items.
If any item has been modified or damaged in any way, it will not be eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us and please note that returns can sometimes take up to 15 days to reach us. The corresponding refund will be made once your return is received. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process.

Note: Items bought on a clearance sale cannot be returned for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by submitting a ticket at our website.
 
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made before receiving a confirmation that your item has been shipped out. Please contact us by replying to the original purchase confirmation email and let us know that you wish to cancel the order.
Once your order has been shipped out, we will not accept cancellation and you will have to follow our return policy.
